DADDY!!!! That's soooooo wrong on soooooooo many levels.......
I used to have a bumper sticker that said "Teddy Kennedy's car has killed more people than my hand gun"...
Donna's dad removed it one day when he borrowed my truck (either that, or he had Donna remove it be for he would drive my truck). This was around fifteen years ago, and I wasn't too happy about it.

LOL. My son would have touched the sign--just to make sure, and then would have spent the afternoon in the ER getting stitches. (believe me when I say that I speak from experience)

When I was a kid, and we'd get a boo boo, either moms would kiss it or dads would say "rub a little dirt on it" or "shake it off"..... And that worked for just about any wound!

Yeah, we tried that "shake it off" with him....but he would do things up royally, as it were.....
At age 4 got stuck in a tree 15 foot off the ground.
Also at 4 he took a header off a steep hillside--sliced his head open and ended up with stitches.
At 9 the dog jumped on him and he ended up with a scratched cornea--missed a week of school due to the severity--went to 2 specialists...
At 12, he broke his arm--didn't tell us for 3 days.
At 16, he sliced open a digital artery on a light switch.
At 19, got hit by a car on his bicycle
At 20, got hurt (back) during a college play (doing prat falls)
At 22, distended (?) his knee
At 23, had some pallets fall on him at work
At 24--nothing yet, he just had a birthday--but the year is young......

Ahhh, but did he walk to school and back, up hill both ways, in three + feet of snow with impacted wisdom teeth?
I Think Not
Now rub a little dirt on it, and shake it off!!!
P.S. Even I have to admit that the whole light switch debacle is pretty cool Keep in mind: Chicks dig scars, and love a good story

Yes, but did he get a really cool scar? And did he write about the scar (or at least show it off) in the english paper.
Remind me sometime to tell you about the time my boy broke his nose

I have to work all weekend.....
The "Boys from Boca" are coming in from Florida to do a seminar near here. 2 days and lots of hair color.....So, the princess must put on her company manners and entertain some out of town guests this weekend.
Here they are in all their glory...

If we get some rain tonight and tomorrow, as has been predicted, I'll have to get some yard work done.
The strawberries have finished producing, and they need to be weeded and some transplanted. (Plus making jam)
Also grocery shopping, laundry, and some weedeating. (yes Billy, I know there's a tool to do it---that's what I'm going to use)

This weekend is the country fair parade--Oki jr is in it with the 4-h club. Laundry and a few errands. Nothing major--some house cleaning, computer time (of course), and yard work.
